- 3/4 cup walnuts (soaked for a couple of hours if you aren’t making it last minute, like I did)
- 1/2 cup carrots (chopped)
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 3 dates (medjol, pits removed)
- 4 sundried tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion (chopped small)
- 1/4 cup cauliflower (chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (fresh)
- 1 glug extra-virgin olive oil (don’t go crazy with the evoo)
- 1/2 fresh lemon (squirt of half)
- dashes sea salt
- 3 cups fresh tomatoes (chopped, use uncooked canned or bottled if you want due to the time of year — note that only glass bottles are free of BPA)
- 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
- 3 dates (medjol, pits removed)
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 5 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tsp. fresh oregano (or dried)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. red chili flakes (dried)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
