- 1 1/2 cups cashews (soaked for at least 4 hours and then drained)
- 1 lemon juiced
- 4 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup milk (I used coconut)
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 cup strawberries
- 2 Tbsp. cacao (3tbsp cocoa if substituting)
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
