- 1/2 bunch coriander leaves (finely chopped, Around ½ - ¾ cup)
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic paste (Ginger-)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder (Haldi/)
- 2 cups coconut milk (canned or fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. oil (or Ghee)
- salt (to taste)
- 1/2 cup grated coconut (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup cashew nuts (soaked in hot water for at least 15 mins)
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 4 green cardamoms
- 5 cloves
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 4 green chillies (Adjust as per taste)
