- 2 Tbsp. oil (or Ghee)

- 1/4 cup cashew nuts (soaked in hot water for at least 15 mins)
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 4 green cardamoms
- 5 cloves
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 4 green chillies (Adjust as per taste)
