I used leftover ham from Christmas. It did not have a ham bone. I froze it and used a month later. Very good flavor, but the beans were not super soft. The beans took 10 hours on low though I soaked over night. Try high next time 4 hours and let finish on low.

Could not find a hame bone so used chopped ham. So easy and great for leftovers,
