- 1/3 cup extra virgin coconut oil (organic, at room temperature so softened, or can use organic canola oil, see note)
- 1/2 cup sugar (unrefined)
- 2 Tbsp. molasses (blackstrap or regular cooking molasses)
- 2 Tbsp. non dairy milk (see note)
- 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1 cup powdered sugar (see note)
- 2 Tbsp. non dairy milk (vanilla, ‘non-dairy nog’ is very nice here!)
