- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 2 brown onions (large, sliced)
- 5 hard boiled eggs (remove shells then deep fried)
- 5 chicken drumsticks
- 4 Tbsp. curry paste (homemade)
- 3 pieces kaffir lime leaves (torn)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- water
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut (lightly toasted and pound)
