- 2 cups red cabbage (thinly sliced and chopped)
- 2 cups napa cabbage (thinly sliced and chopped)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (thinly)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint (roughly, cilantro, or basil leaves, or a combination of herbs, or use more herbs if you have a lot)
- 1/4 cup peanuts (chopped)
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- Sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp. green Tabasco sauce
- 3 Tbsp. rice vinegar (not seasoned)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (use 1 T, then see if you want more)
- 2 Tbsp. tahini (almond butter, or peanut butter, Original recipe used Tahini, but use whichever one you prefer or have on hand.)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
