- 2/3 cup whole milk (preferably raw)
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- salt
- pepper
- 2 cups veggies (chopped, I used tomatoes, bell peppers, green onions, and asparagus, but let your imagination go wild!)
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese (or cheese of your choice)

I did 12 eggs,
Doubled up the milk
Added 1 pack of bacon
1 can of corn
Couple tomatoes
Ripped up some Spinach
Turned out nice, good consistency but a little plain

I put the eggs and milk in the blender so they were extra fluffy. I’m gonna try it next time without it because it doesn’t seem to hold well together. Any suggestions?
