- 1 cup milk (use whole milk for richer flavor)
- 8 oz. cheese (melty, processed American cheese melts best for nacho cheese, but cheddar is great for flavor - you can easily add more cheese for cheesier nacho cheese)
- 3 Tbsp. juice (pickled jalapeno)
- 1 pinch salt (optional, if desired)

This recipe is so good! The sauce comes out so smooth and creamy. I used Velveeta as suggested same added sharp cheddar. This is the second time I've made it. This time I added chopped red onion, red bell pepper and fresh jalapeños. Unfortunately, the app won't let me add the photo that I took before I ate them.
