- 3/4 cup low fat plain yogurt
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 garlic clove (small, pressed or finely minced)
- 1 pinch salt

- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. shallots (minced, 1 large or 2 small)
- 1/3 cup chopped almonds (roughly)
- 1 tsp. lemon zest

- 1 fennel bulb (trimmed, cored and thinly sliced by hand or with a mandoline, reserve fronds for garnish, optional)
- 1 bunch asparagus (tough ends cut off, sliced lengthwise into quarters and then in half crosswise, or if you find the super thin asparagus, just cut them in half crosswise)
- 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (divided)
- 1 3/4 lb. haddock fillets (skinless boneless, or substitute cod)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (1 juicy lemon)
