- 40 grams unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 230 grams raw cashews (soaked in cool water for 4-12 hours, or covered in boiling water and soaked 1-2 hours)
- 2 Tbsp. chia seed (finely ground white, I used black one)
- 145 mL maple syrup (light)
- 4 lemons (large)
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. ground turmeric (optional, for color)
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
- 60 mL cool water
- 180 grams extra virgin coconut oil (melted and cooled)
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 cups berries (mixed summer, large berries halved or quartered)
