Very tasty idea! I subbed half the cheese with and aged gouda, but then you
have to cook the cheese slow and low or it goes from golden to black super fast

melting rhe cheeder cheese just right took some practice as a beginner but it was relatively simple and quick. we added bell pepper to the recipe and it came out great
