- 1/4 cup almond flour (or all-purpose flour, gluten-free blend, oat flour, spelt flour)
- 2 Tbsp. cacao powder (special dark)
- 2 Tbsp. erythritol (granulated or 2 tbsp. baking stevia or sugar, or 1 tbsp. Truvia Baking Blend)
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 80 grams vanilla (or cookies & cream protein powder I used Lean Body for Her Whey Isolate)
- 3/4 cup erythritol (confectioner's or 3/4 cup baking stevia or powdered sugar, or 6 tbsp. Truvia blended into a fine powder)
- 1/4 cup coconut flour (or 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, cake flour, gluten-free blend, oat flour)
- 8 oz. fat free cream cheese (or reduced fat cream cheese, Neufchatel, or dairy-free cream cheese)
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (or nonfat plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp. almond extract (optional)
- 10 oreos (mini, or Glutino or Newman-O's)
