Success! Pic attached; one without and with flash. Most of the restaurants I've ordered from in the states include carrots in their meat filling so I did the same. I added diced carrots to my meat filling and left out the peppers. The written directions were hard for me to follow I referenced the YouTube video and it was spot on.
To achieve a flaky crust keep ice water on deck.
