- 140 grams pitted dates (chopped finely)
- 50 grams rice flour
- 10 grams arrowroot
- 10 grams Quinoa Flour
- 10 grams buckwheat flour
- 10 grams desiccated coconut
- 30 grams raw cacao powder (or good quality cocoa powder)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 50 grams sugar (rapadura, I sometimes leave this out and it is still sweet enough for me)
- 3 eggs (lightly whisked)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla paste (or 1 teaspoon of extract)
- 1 handful raspberries
- 1 handful pistachios (chopped)
