Directions
- wash all veggies, (safety first!) No one want's to be exposed to pesticides! Buy organic if you can afford it. Slice up the cabbage into thin ribbons. A little wider than Cole slaw
- slice up the pepper, and the mushrooms while the sliced beef is cooking in the wok that has your hot oil, (turn the burner to a medium high so that the meat dosn't burn while you're prepping the veggies
- add the veggies and stir in your spices and Worcestershire sauce and cook until veggies are warm and a little soft (but still crisp!)
