- 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 3 tsp. salt (to taste)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil (or vegan butter)
- 3 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 2 cups unsweetened nondairy milk (I recommend cashew or almond)
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- salt
- pepper (to taste)
- 1 pkg. lasagna sheets (oven-ready)
- 8 oz. mozzarella (1 bag, vegan, shreds, I recommend Follow Your Heart)
- 4 oz. vegan Parmesan cheese (I recommend Follow Your Heart)
