    Made this recipe because was concerned about the sugar and salt in other recipes. Wanted something basic I could add stuff to. Turned out very good for a first time. added a 1/4 tsp salt. Will experiment with gradually adding more sugar and honey. Especially loved the crisp (not hard) outside. Added whole blueberries. Will cut them in half next time. Highly recommend. Also a larger recipe to make 12 larger scones.
