- 1/2 tsp. maple flavor (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. honey (*I substituted maple syrup)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1 Tbsp. instant yeast
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 4 cups unbleached all purpose flour
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 Tbsp. oats
