- 2 lb. yellow potatoes (or white, peeled or unpeeled, cut into 1/2 inch pieces., Sometimes russet potatoes work o.k. but tend not to hold their shape as well)
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. paprika (smoked paprika is really good here)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder (or cut up several garlic cloves and mix in)

Soooo good. I made it in the air fryer on the bake setting at 400 degrees for 35 minutes, mixing every 10-15 min or so.

potatoes turned out crispy and super tasty. didn't have all the spices so substituted with club house garlic plus seasoning! i also used 2 more tablespoons of vegtable to get them extra crisp since i ran out of butter.

Delicious and easy. I highly recommend using smoked paprika and sprinkling with salt after they come out of the oven I used a Pyrex dish and didn’t have any problems with the potatoes sticking

turned out great i used russet with no skins and crankee it up to 475. my husband said it needed more seasoning though.

Made tonight so yummy and amazing ! I added bacon and fresh rosemary instead of oil and 1Tb of butter turned every 15mins then broiled last 5mins .

This recipe has become a weekly staple in my home. Comes out perfect every time. I have not changed anything , but I’m sure you could . I have quadrupled the recipe and still perfect.

Turned out great! Previously I was cooking on baking sheet with aluminum foil and potatoes would always stick. Cooked these in a glass pyrex and they turned out beautifully, no sticking. Good flavor tooo! Going to save this recipe.

My husband loved it! I’m a potato girl, so of course I liked it too! Very easy to make
