It stuck to my dish cloth, I had to carefully peel it away from the cloth and it damaged the surface in a few spots but it tastes good.

so i substituted homemade pumpkin puree for store bought canned... and my cake didnt rise as well. my fault... maybe i could tweak the leavening ingrediants, or i was thinking about roasting off my puree to thicken it a bit.

Good but I can't figure out how to roll the cake without cracking it. Don't know if it's the recipe or the technique

This was a hit! Absolutely delicious! Only one problem.......I am new to baking and cannot make this without it cracking/ breaking after it is cooled and I unroll it to apply the cream cheese spread. Is there a secret o keep it from breaking apart? I roll it anyway as best I can after applying the spread. Once wrapped in foil and refrigerated, it holds together pretty well.
