I followed the recipe exactly, and it was as thick as cookie dough. I had to keep adding liquid to thin it out Tasted pretty good.

The recipe turn out great besides not making as many pancakes as I thought, or we eat way too many. I had to substitute buttermilk for the quick way to make it in the blog post. They are easy and delicious, if you are looking for a new recipe be sure to try this one out.
