I love this recipe! Easy and delicious! I used this recipe today to make Buttermilk Biscuit Cinnamon Rolls!

Tasted great! Were very soft and the recipe was easy to follow. I weighed out the ingredients to try to get more precise proportions and will definitely do again next time.

the recipe is very easy to follow. unfortunately i had high expectations. The biscuits came out okay. I was hoping for flaky, melt in your mouth biscuits and these were more than crunchy and closer to a rock in appearance and texture.

This is one of the simplest recipes to follow and it makes fantastic biscuits. This is my new go to recipe for biscuits.

This is my “go-to” biscuit recipe. I’ve made these with almond milk, oat milk, buttermilk, and regular cow’s milk and they turn out light and flaky every time.

delicious even though they didn't rise. I'm not used to having sugar as an ingredient in biscuits but didn't notice. I these with King Arthur Bread flour.

Well worth the effort. A little time and a quite memorable reward results.

Basic and delicious and the option is there to add anything you want into it like garlic and parm.

these were some of the best biscuits i have ever made.
after mixing i formed the dough into a large disk and covered with plastic and chilled in the fridge for 30min.
i will try it again without that step but they turned out great.

it may have been me but they were dry and had a after taste of baking powder

Amazing. I usually make drop biscuits but I decided to try this Buttermilk Biscuit recipe and the result was fantastic. It will be my new go to recipe for home made biscuits. I tried to give it 5 stars but it would not take it. So, I give it 5 stars. Made them exactly as the recipe stated.

I used 8tbs (1 stick) of butter, 2 cups of all purpose and 1/4 cup of whole grain flour, and pulsed the batter in a food processor. Turned out beautifully. Great recipe.

Perfect, used salted butter, half of salt of recipe, and only 1 stick aka 8 Tbs butter...and they are fabulous!! May add a 1/2 tsp salt more next time~~☆

The first time I made them they were perfect. Every time after it’s been not so great. I will admit I have been using the butter flavored shortening. I will try again and use butter. I couldn’t remember what I did differently and how they were so good and now their not. ):

Flaky and delucious every time! These are so easy and impress without a lot of effort. Ran out of all the butter, so I added Smart Balance and it was just as good.

My go to recipe for afternoon tea scones. Fluffy and light and a delight with all my guests

Delicious! They’re a little drier than fluffy, but they hold up to cutting and butter well (rather than crumble into bits).

these were easy to make, came out with great layers, perfect with gravy. It's now my go-to recipe for biscuits.

It was great. I used to make my grandmother’s recipe for strawberry shortcake.

I was on the toilet and all of a sudden i was craving biscuits. 😂 I didn't have any buttermilk so instead i used sourcream and milk and it turned out so good! They were really soft even though they didn't rise much. And They're so easy to make!
