Honestly it went together super fast and easy just waiting for it to bake. I did forget the vanilla but I topped it with some raw sugar. I’m sure it will be fine.

So good! Be sure to mix well! Soft! Top just crunchy enough and gooey in the middle but still done! I baked for 20 minutes! BE SURE TO USE OIL!

the recipe was too dry. i had to add about 1/3 of a cup of melted butter so that i could fold in the blueberries. tasted good though. i would recommend maybe using 2/3 cup of milk or oil instead the 1/3.

They turned out well! I’d probably use a bit more salt in them next time. Kid approved, so definitely going to keep this recipe!

These are amazing!! My husband doesn’t normally like muffins, but he’s asked me to make these again next weekend.

Awesome, my wife and two boys are chocolate chip muffin people, wouldn't look at a blue berry one. Me, rather have blue berry. Well this recipe has converted them.

They came out beautiful! I used coconut oil instead of veg. Oil and 1/2c whole wheat flower, 1c white flower.

The recipe needs wayyy more milk than it says. I added double maybe even triple the milk it says to add. Also after we tried them i noticed they needed more sugar maybe double a little less & lesser salt

Good. Simple. Thinking of trying them with a cinnamon and sugar crumb topping next time.

This was the first blueberry muffin recipe I’ve ever made. I had all the ingredients, it’s simple to make, and they turned out delicious! Thank you!

Really easy recipe! Added 1 tsp of cinnamon & 1 tsp of vanilla extract & a little more milk (surprised batter was so thick). Soft, moist & not too sweet. I made “jumbo” muffins (think Au Bon Pain size) & the batter only made 6. Will double the recipe next time. Delicious muffins.
