- 1 Tbsp. buckwheat groats
- 1 handful greens
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mango (chopped, about 7-8 ounces)
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (about 5 ounces)
- 1 açai berry (frozen, packet, I use Amazon Planet)
- granola (choice, I use My Favorite Crunch Buckwheat Granola)
- 2 cups fruit (sliced, for topping)
- 1 tsp. hemp seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp. cacao nibs (optional)
- maple syrup (optional)
