- 1 tsp. Himalayan salt (coarse Pink, or alternately, Celtic Sea Salt)
- table salt (AVOID COMMON, !!!!)
- olive oil (Extra-virgin organic, for drizzling)
- 4 buns (grilled, see notes on bread below)
- 1 avocado (organic, sliced)
- 1/4 cup red onion (organic minced)
- 5 peppadew (or fav' peppers, sliced)
- 1 cup baby arugula (organic, though I more like baby spinach)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan (grass fed, or fav' cheese)
