- 1 cup mustard seeds
- 1 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 white wine
- 1/2 water
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 cup mustard (mild)
- 5 Tbsp. mustard seeds (pickled)
- 1/2 tsp. spanish paprika (smoked)
- 1 Tbsp. chives (finely chopped)

Directions
- Put all of the ingredients in a pot and boil for 30-40 minutes until the seeds have doubled in size and pop when you bite them. If the liquids reduce too much during cooking add more water.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, garnish with mustard seeds and chopped parsley
