- 1 cup garbanzo beans (cooked)
- 4 cups mustard greens (loosely packed, torn into bite-sized pieces, baby mustard greens are a great find)
- 10 Kalamata olives
- 3 pepperoncini (cut into slices)
- 1 scallion (chopped)
- feta cheese (Chunks of fresh)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
- 1 lemon (Medium)
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt (taste and add more, if preferred)
- 3 black pepper (fresh grinds of)
