Everyone really enjoyed this dish. The veggies added a nice sweetness I would normally have used honey to achieve. Next time I may use more mustard in my marinade and add another clove or two of garlic. The rosemary surprised me. I'm normally not a huge fan, but this really made the dish. It was super easy, and once prepared, you set a timer and walk away. This is definitely going in our rotation! Easy enough to make for a weeknight dinner with Sunday dinner results. Sorry there's no picture. The chicken was beautifully caramelized and definitely photo worthy, but my family dug in before I thought to pick up the camera.
