- 1/2 sweet potato

- 1 onion
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 cups rice
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 eggs
- 3 garlic (gloves)
- 3 cans diced tomato
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 3 cups water (I ended up adding a 1 L water total so the sauce did not reduce too much during the process of cooking the rice inside the balls.)
- 4 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper
