- 1 mussels (pack of vac packed, I got my from morrison £2 in a garlic sauce)
- 1/2 onion (diced)
- 1 clove garlic (crushed and chopped)
- 3 slices chorizo (chopped)
- 1/4 chilli
- 1 glass white wine
- 5 leaves savoy cabbage (from a, cut out the centre stalks to reduce cooking time)
- 200 mL double cream
- parsley (or coriander from the garden)
- 10 mL oil (for cooking)
- 5 grams butter (for cooking)
