- 1/2 cup sweet onion (finely chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 1/2 lb. white mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
- 1/4 cup dry red wine (or fat free reduced sodium beef broth)

Directions
- In 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt Promise® Buttery Spread over medium-high heat and cook onions, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes or until starting to brown. Stir in garlic, mushrooms and thyme and cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until liquid from mushrooms starts to evaporate. Add wine and simmer 2 minutes. Garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh parsley. Season if desired, with salt and ground black pepper.
