- 1/3 cup shallots (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh marjoram (chopped, plus more for garnish if you like)
- 2 tsp. fresh mint (chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups jasmine rice (long grain brown)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup dry white wine (good quality)
