Really good! I served it at a dinner party and everyone enjoyed it. Even kids ate it. I thought the potato biscuits had a strange, raw texture. Next time I’ll just use regular biscuits, as the biscuits do add a nice presentation. Also, my casserole bubbled over and made a mess of the oven. Next time I’ll put a baking tray under the casserole.

Really yummy! I make it with Tofu and 1can of kidney beans. My husband, who detests tofu, loved it! And yes, I told him before that tofu was in it. He had seconds, and I received the delicious seal of approval! Thank you for the recipe!
