- 16 oz. mushrooms
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 white onion (small, sliced)
- salt
- pepper
- 8 oz. swiss cheese (block of, sliced up)
- 1 sprig fresh tarragon (optional)
- 2 lemons
- 1 Tbsp. italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic (I actually used the stuff in a jar)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar (I happened to use 1/4 balsamic and 1/4 cider)
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
