I made this with moose sausauge and regular sausage combined in an alfredo sauce. It was delicious!

Mine turned out... different. I made a roux instead of the cheese sauce, but in the end I feel like it’s mushrooms, sausage, and spinach mixed in with a pound of starch.

Do yourself a favor and substitute the sauce in the recipe for a proper roux: butter, flour, milk and a cheese of your choice. I used mozzarella.

This was a great recipe. I did not have sausage so i replaced it with pepperoni and as for the sauce, I added heavy cream, parmesan cheese and Italian herbs. It came out delicious.

It was a hit with our picky eaters. Only thing I changed was I added a little sour cream because to us, the cheese mixture, REALLY, thickened up. So just added enough to smooth it out a bit. But it will be a regular on our menu! 🙂

Awesome recipe especially for fall/winter months. It’s nice and warm with great mix of flavors and nutrients with the greens added in!

Followed exactly the instructions, but 1st it took more than 2.5hrs to prepare and cook everything (i made the cheese sauce myself) 2nd the sauce was more like a thick gross flour clump, didnt taste good at all, 3rd it didnt came out like on the picture at all!! Total waste of time and ingredients! Very disappointed!!!

It was really easy and tasty; I followed what one of the other reviewers did and just made cheese gnocchi, but also added garlic and slivers of zucchini. Delish!

Skipped the cheese sauce and just used what came with Whole Foods' 4-cheese gnocchi - came out great

Amazing, used blue cheese and smoked cheddar for the cheese sauce. Very tasty and will make again.
