Great! Bought bottled Enchilada Sauce but put in pan and added 1/2 can Rotel diced tomatoes and chiles. Added more garlic and kale than what recipe called for as wanted more filling in the tortillas. Also used 100% whole wheat tortillas. Will definitely make this again!
