Loved how easy it was with the ingredients and quick. I can’t have onions so I substituted with red peppers. Love it!

This fish is delicious especially since I love mushrooms. Very quick and easy to make and I can still stay within my calories for the day

Great recipe! I estimated for all the ingredients and used white mushrooms instead of button mushrooms. It took under 10 minutes in total and the longest part was chopping.

I turned this into a cold pasta. Added some cherry tomatoes to the pot to blister and some spinach to cook down. Added to penne and added Olive oil, garlic powder and some vinaigrette. Chilled and served next day. It was dw

This recipe became PERFECT after I added a teaspoon of liquid aminos to it. Unfortunately, I found out it wasn't Whole 30 compliant so my heart is broken, but this recipe will be part of my regular meal planning after this month.
Excellent flavor, incredible easy and made the boneless, skinless chicken thighs I paired it with tastes even better.

Love garlic mushrooms. I didn't slice the mushrooms, only halved them. Absolutely delicious. Went well with a cheesy cauliflower and spinach side dish.
