- oyster mushrooms
- 1 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- parsley (minced)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 170 Celsius.
- Whisk together the oil, egg, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley.
- Place the puff pastry into a pie pan and spread some aioli on the bottom. Fill with the mushrooms and drizzle with the rest of the alioli.
- Bake until the puff pastry is golden brown.
