Delicious...served over rice fettuccine... added extra Marsala...definitely will make again.

Was very tasty however there was not enough sauce and I only used 1 pound of veal. I would definitely double the sauce and add more mushrooms. The mushrooms also absorbed most of the oil and butter so I had to add more oil to cook the veal. I also only cooked the mushrooms for 10 minutes instead of 15.

Simple recipe - comes together nicely! Very good sauce! I served it with baked asparagus with garlic and more mushrooms! Will definitely make again!
