I substituted apple cider vinegar for the white wine 1:1 as per Google - way too acidic! Cabbage rolls are such a mystery to me. Next time I'll try to remove the ribs and it might roll better. The filling would be better mixed with Yves veggie ground round, and there was a lot leftover after a heaping tablespoon into 10 leaves. Maybe I was supposed to use half leaves...
