- cherry tomatoes (sliced in half, I used about 30 yellow ones)
- sauce (SPICY CAULIFLOWER)
- 1/2 cauliflower (a head of, about 3-4 cups chopped)
- 1/2 white onion (a chopped)
- 2 oz. water
- 1 tsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning (dried)
- 1/4 tsp. paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne powder
- 1 pinch black pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup almond milk (I use SILK vanilla unsweetened)

turned out pretty good. the sauce could also work well in a vegan fisherman's pie or something similar
