- 1 chili pepper (poblano, seeded, cut in big slices)
- 1/2 tsp. oregano (ground)
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 400 grams mushrooms (sliced)
- 4 cups water (you can substitute it with chicken stock)
- salt (as desired)
- pepper (as desired)

Directions
- Preheat the olive oil in a medium cooking pot.
- Add the onion and garlic cloves to the pot and let them cook until the onion browns.
- Add the poblano pepper to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
