- 1 medium onion (finely diced)
- 1 large carrot (grated)
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. seasoning (mushroom, or 1/2 Tbsp Mrs. Dash, or vegetable seasoning *see note)

The best soup ever I cut the carrots instead of shredded I’d make it again and again and again

Great tasting soup. I halved the amount of salt, allowing each of us to add more, if needed.

Very tasty! I added garlic and next time will add more flour to make it just a bit thicker. The first time I’ve made mushroom soup and it is definitely a far cry from canned cream of mushroom soup which I dislike. I’ll make this again!
