Who says a burger always has to be served on a bun? We’ve added a few ingredients to our burgers to make them extra delicious, then we simmer them in our Cream of Mushroom soup for a rich and savory meal that everyone’s sure to love. A perfect meal that can be prepped ahead to make weeknight meal planning easier.

- 10.5 oz. Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (or 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup)
- 1 lb. ground beef (or ground turkey)
- 1/2 cup Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1 small onion (finely chopped, about 1/4 cup)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 oz. sliced mushrooms (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup water

These burgers were delicious. I used three cans of mushroom soup in order to have more gravy, and doubled my ground beef. This makes seven to eight burgers. I recommend warming in the oven with foil paper to cover to keep from spattering your microwave. Thank you for the recipe!

I added garlic into the meat mixture and a can of beef gravy along with the soup
