Description
Easy savory mushroom sauce recipe ! Button mushroom was used in this picture because I ran out of Swiss brown mushrooms!
Ingredients

2 SERVINGS
- 3/4 chicken stock cube
- 10 mushrooms (brown Swiss)
- 30 grams butter
- 15 grams flour
- 300 mL milk (/ 200ml plain water)
- black pepper (to taste)
- salt (to taste)

Directions
- Melt the butter over a saucepan at low heat
- When butter is fully melted, add in the flour and stir until the sauce thickens
- Remove pan from heat and pour in the milk/water and add in the chicken stock cube and mix until there are no lumps
