- 2 cups tapioca flour
- 2 cups blanched almond flour
- 3 tsp. sea salt
- 4 eggs (pastured)
- 8 egg yolks
- 1/2 yellow onion (diced)
- 1 lb. crimini mushrooms (stems removed and diced)
- 2 oz. cheddar cheese (grassfed, I used Kerrygold)
- 3 Tbsp. ghee (*Tin Star Foods has a great one*)
- sea salt (to taste)
- 1 cup raw cashews (soaked over night and drained)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. ground rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
