- 1 green chili (sliced or chopped)
- 10 curry leaves (chopped or 2 teaspoons chopped curry leaves, can also add 1 teaspoon curry leaves or 4 to 5 curry leaves, chopped)

- 1 tsp. fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp. coriander powder (dhania powder)
- 1/2 tsp. cumin powder (jeera)
- 1 pinch turmeric powder (haldi)
- salt (as required)
- 2 Tbsp. coriander leaves (chopped, dhania patta)
