Great! Very tasty. I just added some garlic at sauté shrimp time and a little dry white wine with the last ladle of stock. My friend Jaime gave me some arborio rice from Italy, so I found this recipe. It did not disappoint.

Delicious! Just used multi grain rice and chicken stock. Substituted Red Peppers for Mushrooms because that is what I had!

This was delicious, my family all raved- and went for second helpings, even though this is extremely filling I will absolutely make this again and again!

my girlfriend lived this very creamy and i dont use cheese (bc i dont eat cheese or milk but butter is ok) but it was really good
