This was great! I didn’t have any white wine at home, so I substituted white balsamic, and used parsley instead of green onions. Once I put the sandwich together, I put it in the toaster oven at 400F for four minutes, turning over halfway through.

A little fussy, but super good! I used regular cheese instead of veggie cheese, and I’d definitely revisit this dish.
